Grand Tag Drv Pd505 Sl-M-S

GRAND TAG DRIVER PD505
ELEVATE YOUR GAME WITH LONGER DRIVES AND POWERFUL DRAWS.
Grand Golf’s TAG PD505 and
TAG PD460
drivers enable golfers with even modest skills to easily hit accurate,
long-carrying drives or long-carrying drives with a powerful draw. Both
models feature an extreme rear shape that repositions the center of
gravity (Cg) deeper and lower within the clubhead to promote greater
energy transfer and more dynamic lofting. The result is longer carry and
distance, drive after drive. Both the
TAG PD505 and
PD460
also feature a 68-degree lie angle to virtually eliminate slices. And
both are available in lofts 9.75 and 10.25 to complement any of the
exclusive Fujikura shafts offered by Grand Golf. To hit far more
powerful drives, with an easy draw, the
Grand TAG PD505 and TAG PD460 are outstanding choices for players of every skill level.
The
TAG PD505
is an oversized, non-conforming driver that also features an ultra-thin
clubface. Extremely easy to hit, its unique design enables players with
slower swing speeds to achieve long carrying draw shots.
The
TAG PD460 is a conforming version of the
TAG PD505.
And since its design shares the same 68-degree lie angle—plus the same
powerful, drawing flight performance characteristics—it’s a smart choice
for any player who wants to take their game to the next level.
TECHNOLOGY AND DESIGN FEATURESBRIGHT IDEAA
gold-plated, precision-balanced weight is strategically positioned at
the rear heel-side of the clubhead to shorten the center of gravity
length and improve clubhead squaring through impact.
SEAMLESS INGENUITYA 30-gram
“back plate”
welded onto the clubhead’s rear cavity is the heart of Grand Golf’s
Seamless Technology. This patented innovation removes all welds from the
clubface, improves the club’s center of gravity and creates a
weld-free,
“full-face sweetspot” that generates a far greater spring effect.
POWERPAD TECHNOLOGYA
unique clubface featuring a six-section modulus design complements
Grand Golf’s Seamless Technology. Surrounding the center section that’s
precisely 3.1mm thick are five sections of variable thickness
specifically engineered to produce more power and control at the moment
of impact.
SLICE PREVENTION PERFECTEDThe
Grand TAG PD’s innovative design features an extremely upright lie
angle of 68-degrees to virtually eliminate slices. Practically speaking,
the TAG PD’s upright lie angle actually assists the clubhead’s turn
when hitting the ball off a tee. This, in turn, makes it far easier to
impact the ball squarely—and to also produce powerful draw flight drives
of amazing distance.
